My name is Brittney Jewett and I am the owner here at FIT4MOM West Grand Rapids. I graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2013, with a degree in Elementary Education. My husband and I welcomed our first son, Cooper, into the world in April of 2016. Oh, and I can't forget my two fur babies, Dashboard and Harley. I've taken my passion for teaching and wellness and started this franchise to give moms a community they can lean on. Confidence and sense of self can get lost in the mix of motherhood, so it is so important that I provide workouts and opportunity for moms to get their confidence back. I want for these moms to find themselves again, to fill their cups, connect, laugh, and know that the #motherhoodisreal and there is a village for them!
Fall will be our Grand Opening, and I cannot wait to share this wonderful journey with everyone!
We know hard times come in waves, but they also eventually drift back out to sea. If you're going through a rough patch, whether it's in your journey of motherhood, marriage, career, health, etc.....this too shall pass. You are stronger than you know and deserving of the whole wide world. Take a deep breath; fill your belly and your lungs allllll the way up. Repeat 5 times.

We are grateful for sand beneath our toes at the beach, grass under our feet at Strides, clean water to drink, a roof over our head, and farm-fresh produce we can pick up at our local groceries. But we must cherish our planet and take care of it for future generations. Did you know there are small simple ways you can give our planet some TLC like planting a tree or turning off lights more often? What are you doing this Earth Day?
