Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back® Membership is a 60 minute, results-based workout designed to help you reach your full physical potential and reconnect to your inner strength. Our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cycles through cardio, strength, and core and concludes with a relaxing meditation to help you recharge and head back to your family. Classes are Monday & Wednesday 7-8pm. No kiddos at Body Back®.

Fit4Mom's Our Village is your place to, support, connect, empower, and make a difference. Our Village supports all moms, in all stages of motherhood. Each month activities are scheduled in West Grand Rapids. Moms Night Out, playgroups, book clubs, family events, charitable events, and more are offered depending on your interests! Celebrate, find support with challenges, and be involved in your community with us! Together we can help each other find our common strength for motherhood!

Body Back® Transformation is an eight-week results based journey. You will focus on your mind and body, improving your overall health and well-being. The experience includes two 60-minute HIIT workouts per week, pre and post fitness assessments, nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts , and support.March 11 start date!
