Body Well™ is about the journey, meeting you where you are & challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts, and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.

Body Boost™ is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to challenge, empower and energize you. Combining cardio, strength training, core work and meditation, this total body workout will boost your physical and mental well being. This 60-minute class is just for you and will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.

Strides 360® promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Bodyweight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come play with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day!

FIT4BABY® is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY® at any point during pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically- based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body. The 60-minute workout includes cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio, and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities, and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Drink a ton of water, don't feel guilty on a glass of wine. Get 30 mins of fresh air each day. Stay off group chats that talk about Covid. Read. Color. Facial steam. To the mamas that are waiting for IVF or genetics or dealing with pregnancy loss, it is okay to be anxious, okay to sit on the couch all day, okay not to do house projects that others are posting on insta, it is okay to do what helps your mind stay healthy. You are loved, you are worthy, and you are enough." We may not see what you're going through behind the scenes, Mama, but we are here for you. OUR TEAM IS GROWING! Meet our newest instructor, Kyria Phenix 💜!! @kyriaphenix Let's get to know Kyria a little more: "My husband, Nick, and I will be celebrating 10 years together and 5 years of marriage this year. Life together started a little backwards with a baby, marriage, and then a house, but I wouldn’t have it any other way! Our oldest son, Brady, will be 8 in August. He is our Sunshine. We are his biggest fans while he is on the soccer field. Our youngest son, Isaiah, turned 3 in March. He is our Rainbow. He sure does keep us on our toes. He is full of life and adventure. In between the two boys we have a Sweet Pea Angel Baby waiting for us in Heaven. We live in Wyoming, super close to Grandville, with our two dogs. Tyson, 8, is a Black Lab. Bear, 4, is a Chocolate Lab. You will find that we either have all the kids shows on in the background, or all the sports, there is no in-between. Lol. As a family we are huge Michigan fans, Go Blue! I am Realistically Optimistic and I believe that “Life is meant to be enjoyed”. You can find me reading or practicing hand-lettering in my pockets of down time."
