April, @FIT4MOMHQ's Accounting Manager is sharing her summer quarantine tips that are keeping her sane rn... "Work out every day or at least move your body every day. Drink a ton of water, don't feel guilty on a glass of wine. Get 30 mins of fresh air each day. Stay off group chats that talk about Covid. Read. Color. Facial steam. To the mamas that are waiting for IVF or genetics or dealing with pregnancy loss, it is okay to be anxious, okay to sit on the couch all day, okay not to do house projects that others are posting on insta, it is okay to do what helps your mind stay healthy. You are loved, you are worthy, and you are enough." We may not see what you're going through behind the scenes, Mama, but we are here for you. Whether it's through a workout, a virtual Mom's Night In, or cheering you on via IG, we are so grateful you are part of this village. What's keeping you sane during these uncertain times?

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week result based journey. You will focus on your mind and body improving your overall health and well being. The experience includes high-intensity interval workouts (HIIT) designed to challenge, empower, and recharge you. The program also includes nutrition guidance, supplemental online workouts, accountability, pre and post fitness assessments and support. This journey will reconnect you to your inner strength and encourage you to believe in personal transformation.
